Has been a rather fast and tiring week. Thanks to guard of honour training, the upcoming weeks leading up to NDP itself is/are/will going to be like a flash in a blink of an eye. Though the hours are long, and the trainings are tough but nevertheless I can almost feel the honour and pride of being in the contingent.

Been missing b, we are definitely getting used to the limited amount of time spend(t) with one another. Oh well, we are certainly going through a test of time, ups and downs, but our love will always remain strong like what BB said, and i totally have to agree with her (:

It has been a rather long time since I last post. Well, not counting the times when B had to update my blog for me, for which I am thankful to her.

It has been a good learning journey and which I am still learning while serving time for my country. Not to mention the good support from B and family, and definitely a constant support at that.

I have many aspirations, and certainly I will keep my dreams close to me. I reckon It'll be a rough start, but will be a smooth sailing one in years to come. Talking about dreams, In Randy Pauschs' 'Last Lecture' it taught me to live my dreams and a phrase which can't seems to make me not to think about IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT! (:

Tried to sleep, but never succeeded to fall asleep.
Let me see, I guess I'd post a long one this time round, to kill time and boredom.

Still having fever ):
In a matter of 5 days time I would be enlisting, and my, time flies so quickly. Hopefully in a blink of an eye I would complete my 2 years mandatory of service. My wishful thinking also hopes, I would fall damn ill during confinement period and I could be out spending my time wise-fully (RIGHT!)

This week was pretty mundane, I thought I had nothing to do, but turned out I had stuff that needs to be completed. And so, it does pretty much filled most of my time. And I still have to get certain necessities ready IE. Alarm clock, uniform, spare batteries etc.

B, lately things are not as easy going as we though it would be or rather things are very tense at times. But amidst all the challenges and ups and downs we are facing, ultimately it will make us stronger and understand each other better. B no one is perfect, I am however, very appreciative towards your kindness and again your tolerance. I know very well what I want to achieve for the both of us, I'm sure you knows it well too. We will go through all this together. I know at times I disappoint you, for not being as understanding and at times the things I say to you can be blunt and hurtful. BUT, I definitely feel bad for my actions.

I've lost access to our crews' blog, I'll use my blog as a substitute instead.
The talk about sharing, since the last meeting we had and the last sharing by our dearest Chairman, we were quiet once again; each busy with our own life, well just like a rover we are.

Something, which I would like to share with all of you (or any scouts/ventures) who chanced upon my blog.

In life, we are bound to be met with many adversities be it on our scouting journey or life itself.

Saturday kicked off, with iccs. The weather was terribly HOT, yes H O T !!
I was fortunate to have gibbon and Mr Ralph to accompany me, under the shade. :P

Took the latest Chrysler cab in town (Singapore), with wombat.
So the initial plan was for the wss leaders council to gather, before Ken's attachment in China. And not forgetting Bear's 5 1/2 day BMT.
Had dinner with Marlin, Melody, Bear, Wombat and Macaw. As usual we literally talked crap!

Asked kavan to accompany me to meet yixin at cineleisure. It was supposed to be an outing, but Christine and myself ended up baby-sitting. HA ! Well it was rather fun though.

Met Christine at Pasir Ris control station before heading down to cineleisure. OK not forgetting Kavan he was all along with me. So we baby-sited yixin's brother, we were his companion when he wanted to play the arcade (: , well he wanted to watched a movie! BUT !!! ....
Had dinner near cineleisure, which is near the youth park, OK at the kopitiam. And an unexpected downpour left us eating under the rain (technically we were sheltered).
Kavan and myself grew bored, so we suggested to walk over to heeren. Our antics were hilarious, yes the whole lot of us literally laughed out loud.
My sincere apologies to the waiter, (i was out to have fun okay!)

Many fail to realise that in a movement, we are loyal to the movement.
Instead of probing over such a dull matter, one fail to realise that he/she
should look at things on a brighter side.

Unit fail? - What are you going to do about it?
Sit down and cry? or grow up and bring it to a greater heights?
Challenge after challenge, obstacles after obstacles? aint that what life is all about?

Simply put it. A hurdle placed in front of you, are you going to jump over the hurdle? run through the hurdle? Or sit down and cry?

In life, we are given options, we make our choice and be sure to make the best out of it.
Instead many fail to come terms with their choice.

Fancy blogging at such an unearthly hour.
I rather blog when i have the mood to do so.

I promise to shed off at least 5 kilos every month, I promise to be a lot more hardworking than I was before, I promise to do my best.

I have lost my focus recently, pondering about my objectives somewhat rejuvenated my passion again. I thought to myself, i know deep down i have not been fulfilling my objectives. I do things for the sake of doing. Whenever i do things half-heartedly, it would turn out to be a flop.

Weeks ago, i reckon that i would be tired of everything that i was doing. Boy, i turned out to be right.
